THE CITY OF ORLANDO DIDN’T PERMIT THIS THE RIGHT WAY, WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THESE PEOPLE DO IS THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THEM PLOT THE PROPERTY INTO TWO SEPARATE PROPERTIES. THEY NEVER DID THAT.
